Refund , Return & Cancellation Policy

Customer & Seller Terms & Conditions 



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.




To return your product, you should mail your product to: Seller Addrese.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



           Customer Cancellations Policy , Term & Conditions (Importent Points)

  1. The customer has the right to cancel the service up to 5 minutes after ordering!
  2. If the customer cancels the order after 5 minutes, then the money will not be returned to the customer!
  3. Customer has to pay tax on all orders!
  4. food or grocery order delivery maximum time can be an hour!
  5. The company does not demand the customer for any kind of tip for the delivery boy, the customer pays the tip online as they wish!
  6. The company reserves the right to take delivery and any other form of charge in the form of service charge from the customer, which will be in the interest of the customer!
  7. If there is any suggestion for the company by the customer, then please provide it to, your suggestion can be changed in the service of the company.
  8. Any type of legal debate - only in Meerut judicial Uttar Pradesh will be considered!



         Seller Term & Conditions (Importent Points)


                   Relations seller

  1. The seller needs the following document to do business with relations - GST certificate, PAN card, Aadhar card, bank account, account cancel cheque, FSSAI (only restaurant business).

  2. The payment for the last 7 days (Monday to Sunday) of each seller will come on the same bank account number (which he has registered on relations) every Thursday!

  3. Each seller does not provide the right to cancel the order placed by the customer, if the seller cancels the order, the company will have the right to deduct the order money from the seller's account!

  4. The company charges a commission and 2% gateway charge on each order from each relations seller/Restaurants, which also receives 18% tex 

  5.         Restaurant Business Commission = 17% + Tax

  6.         Grocery business commission = 4% + tax

  7. The commission for shopping business is based on relation product category and reserves the right to charge tax and shipping.

  8.  The seller will have to prepare the order within a maximum of 15 minutes after receiving the order and deliver it to the delivery employee of the company. If you place an order to the delivery employee after 15 minutes, the company will receive a late order fee of Rs 20 per order from you! {only Restaurant Condition apply}

  9. Each seller may apply relation comparison and relation advertising to sell more of its account and goods and the relations receives fees for providing this facility to the relation seller and the relations also states that relations comparison and advertising can lead to sale of the seller guaranteed is not, and the seller is responsible for taking this facility on his own, with no interference from the company!

  10. Any legal dispute of any kind will be valid only in the Meerut Court of Uttar Pradesh.
