	V. Karthik, Chief Mentor and Patron Founder Director of Apex Laboratories Ltd., has over 34 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. He is a Chemistry graduate and specialised in Marketing Management, Advertisement Management and Product Management.



	C. Suriyaprakash , BE, MBA, MPhil, BTA, PTSTA(O), has International Accreditation as Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) in the organisational field. He is a Master Practitioner in NLP. He has over 10 years experience in the industry, teaching MBAs, and industrial training and consultancy.



	I. A. Mohanraj , BSc, PGDBA, BTA, PTSTA(O) has International Accreditation as Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) in the organisational field. He is a Master Practitioner in NLP. He has over 10 years of field experience in personal selling, teaching, industrial training and consultancy. He is Visiting Faculty in GRD School of Career Studies, Coimbatore.

Suriya and Mohan are Co-Directors of Relations Institute of Development. They provide Organisational Development Training and Coaching to Small and Medium Enterprises. Between them they have trained over 3000 managers, executives, factory employees, teachers, students, social workers and parents and logged over 8500 hours of teaching, training and consultancy using TA and allied models. Their specialty in organisational development, with TA includes, creating awareness, team building, problem-solving, conflict resolution, group dynamics, communication and motivation. They run training groups in Coimbatore , Bangalore and Calicut preparing Organisational Trainers and Consultants and Counsellors to appear for the International Certification as Transactional Analysts in the filed of Organisational Development and Counselling.

K. Raguraman , Facilitator, has over 17 years technical experience in the textile industry. He is in Advanced Training as Certified Transactional Analyst, specialising in organisational application of Transactional Analysis and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. As trainer in Junior Chamber, a global organisation for Leadership Development, he has conducted Personality Development Programmes in schools and business organisations.

With his unique blend of technical and behavioural skills, he has seen remarkable shift and change amongst his colleagues in building a successful work atmosphere leading to improved productivity. He is also a Voluntary Counsellor at Asha Counselling and Training Services. He is the President of TA Study Circle of Coimbatore and Past President of Jaycees Coimbatore Indcity.
